Bay High School and Middle School Athletics will be part of the Cleveland West Conference (CWC) beginning with the 2024-25 school year.
The Cleveland West Conference is comprised of eight high schools and 10 middle schools in the greater Cleveland area. The conference includes: Bay, Westlake, North Olmsted, Rocky River, Medina Buckeye, Lakewood, Normandy and Valley Forge.
All of the schools were from the Great Lakes Conference, which had east and west divisions. Elyria Catholic and Holy Name were previously part of the GLC, and they are now in the North Coast Conference.
