The AP Program through College Board provides students the opportunity to pursue college-level courses while in high school and to possibly receive college credit. The difficulty of the work, the time and the attention demanded, the inclusion of the summer reading and assignments, and the cost, exceeds that of other high school courses we offer. Students taking AP classes are required to take the AP Exam and are responsible for the $99 cost of each exam. AP courses offer an adjusted GPA scale for students who complete the AP curriculum work earning a grade of C+ or higher and complete the AP exam.

Students interested in AP Classes are strongly encouraged to attend AP/CCP Information Night on January 27, 2025.
