A Builder's Club meeting will be held this Thursday, March 13, in Mr. Kralik's room.  All are welcome!

Come out to Bay High for the Bay High All-Star Game tonight at 7:00. Your Bay High Basketball Players are taking on the Bay Rec All-Stars. Tickets are $5.00 at the door.

CONGRATULATIONS and a job well done to all of our BMS Power of the Pen competition writers who traveled to St. Charles Borromeo Parish School in Parma this past Saturday to compete in the Regional Tournament.

There were 36 schools in attendance; nearly 100 writers competed at each grade level (7th and 8th).

CONGRATS to our 8th-grade team, which won 1st place out of 36 schools. This is a school which won 1st place out of 36 schools. This is a tremendous accomplishment at this level of competition!

The 8th-grade competition writing team was:

1.) Penny Herman

2.) Oona Louis

3.) Adeline Bellini

4.) Sam Vardon

5.) Macey Caraballo

6.) Lily Young

Out of nearly 100 8th-grade writers, Oona Louis was also individually placed in 11th Place, Lily Young was also individually placed in 11th Place, and Lily Young was in 2nd place! We are so proud of you!

The 7th-grade competition writers also wrote well, and we will find out in the next couple of weeks who will move on to States in May (usually the top 25% of writers at Regionals).

The 7th-grade Regional competition writing team was:

1.) Veronica Roehl

2.) Charlotte Colman

3.) Joey Karim

4.) Gigi Joslin

Special thanks to 7th grade Eloise LaVelle, who came as a volunteer "runner" and worked and supported the team!
